The Everest Yoga Trek is a 14-day specialist trek combining the classic Everest Base Camp route with daily yoga and meditation sessions led by a certified yoga instructor who accompanies the group throughout. Each morning begins with 60 minutes of gentle yoga and pranayama (breathwork) before breakfast, and each evening ends with 30 minutes of restorative yoga and meditation. The combination of mindful movement, conscious breathing, and slow acclimatization creates a uniquely focused trekking experience. The trek follows the standard LuklaPhakdingNamcheDingbocheGorak Shep-Base Camp-Kala Patthar route with proper acclimatization days. The yoga is accessible to all levels – beginners welcome.
