The Trishuli River Rafting trip is a 2-day easy-access white water rafting adventure on Nepal’s most popular rafting river, located just 3 hours from Kathmandu on the Prithvii Highway. The river offers exciting Class III-IV rapids including ‘Ladies Delight,’ ‘Upset,’ ‘Surprise,’ and ‘Bend’ – perfect for both first-time rafters and experienced paddlers. The 2-day trip includes rafting on both days, overnight camping on a sandy river beach, all meals prepared by our camp chef, and return transport to Kathmandu or Pokhara. The river is accessible year-round and the water levels vary dramatically between seasons – high water in summer (June-August) creates more challenging rapids, while lower water in spring and autumn reveals technical rock moves.
