The Tamang Heritage Trail is a 10-day easy-grade cultural trek through the traditional Tamang villages of the 랑탕 region, opened to tourism in 2004 as part of a community-based tourism initiative. The route begins with a drive from 카트만두 ...하기 위해 샤브루베시, then climbs through Tamang villages including Gatlang, Tatopani (hot springs), Thuman, and Briddim, with rich cultural experiences including traditional Tamang dances, home-cooked meals, and overnight home stays with local families. The Tamang people are one of Nepal’s largest ethnic groups, with their own language, Buddhist-influenced religion, and distinctive architecture. The trek reaches a maximum altitude of 3,500m at Nagthali and offers mountain views of the Langtang range, plus deep cultural immersion in a region that sees relatively few foreign visitors.
